Order Cancellation / Changes
 We work quickly to get your order ready and shipped as soon as possible. Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order has been processed by our warehouse, we are unable to cancel or change it.
If you receive an item you wish to return, please contact our support team and we will guide you through the return process.
Returns & Exchanges
 We want you to love your furniture. That’s why we offer 60 days for returns, exchanges, or refunds from the date of delivery.
To be eligible:
The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
It must be returned in the original packaging.
Customers must provide proof of purchase and at least three photos of the item in full packaging (front, side, inside) for verification.
Please note: all returns must be approved by our support team before sending items back. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.
Returns for Personal Reasons
 If you are returning an item for reasons other than a product defect or error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Examples include:
The product doesn’t fit your space or needs
You dislike the color or style
You changed your mind
Wrong item ordered
Refunds
 Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time to appear in your account.
